According to several reports on NeoGAF, the upcoming Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy demo is available for the public to try out in certain stores.
If you’re wanting to try out the exciting remake of the original three Crash Bandicoot games, try your local GameStop and Best Buy. Multiple users have reported playing the game’s demo version on the PS4 kiosk in both stores.
Theoretically, any retail location with a PS4 kiosk should get the update that includes the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy demo, so you can try calling other stores like Wal Mart and Target as well.
The demo people are getting access to is the same one that was offered at PAX East last month. The levels included in the demo are N. Sanity Beach, Heavy Machinery, and Hang Eight.
GAF user wrestleman got his hands on the demo, and he claims the N. Sane Trilogy is “the definitive version” of Crash Bandicoot now. Big words.
He continued, “The physics feel like Crash 1, but they turned off his weird inertia shit so he doesn’t feel as much like a runaway tractor trailer. So the box bridges and stuff are both ‘easier’ and ‘harder’. They feel like a good medium. The Brio bonus is a good example. Never once was the fucking up on my part anything but my fault. ”
Seems like Vicarious Visions has done the original Crash games justice by polishing them up and throwing in some new features for the N. Sane Trilogy.
No words on if this demo will be available to download at home on your own PS4. We’ll keep you updated with any information from Sony or Vicarious Visions.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy launches as a PS4 exclusive on June 30th.
